Laukkasen Kala Oy is a fish processing company that operates in conjunction with the Holiday Village.
Local food from North Karelia
On the shore of the clear waters of Puruvesi, we manufacture preserved fish products from whitefish caught from Lake Saimaa. We also stock preserved fish products made from roach and powan caught from Puruvesi, and rainbow trout.
Our tasty preserved fish is sold at the Holiday Village, but we also deliver by post or via Matkahuolto.
Laukkasen Kala also prepares delicious smoked and cured salmon, as well as smoked whitefish for the Holiday Village restaurant. The dishes are also available to order for family occasions and other private functions.
